Ordering
How do I search and browse for items?
When you shop on Heritage Prints, we want to help you easily find items you want to purchase, whether you know exactly what you want or need help. You can search for items by entering a few words into the search box, and we will show you matching results. On our prints page you can filter by artist name, category and price.
How can I pay for my order?
We have got you covered! We use payment provider Molllie and accept the following payment methods:
Paypal, iDeal, and Credit Card (including Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express).
Are there any extra charges?
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email shortly. This can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox – so hold tight! Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email contains your FedEx tracking number.
To ensure that all emails go into your inbox please add info@heritage-prints.com to your contacts, otherwise these confirmation emails may end up in your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take to get to me?
Orders are processed as soon as possible and single giclée prints that are print-ready will usually be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Prints that still have to be processed by digital enhancing will usually be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. In exceptional cases, due to high demand or other reasons, order processing may take longer, but every effort will be made to complete and dispatch your order promptly.
You will receive an email confirming dispatch with an with a FedEx tracking number.
Complete sets, including an Art Folder or Solander Box, will take longer, because the Art Folder and Solander Box are handmade by a professional bookbinder. We may not have all certified facsimile giclée prints of your order in stock, but we will immediately start the rigorous process of digitally enhancing your facsimile. As a result, delivery time for complete sets may range from six to eight weeks.

How is my order packaged?
We will send your print(s) carefully rolled up in a hard carton tube box.
Complete sets in a Solander box are carefully wrapped in double cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and sheets of acid-free white tissue paper in between the individual prints.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number.

Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Heritage Prints purchase.
If your order fails to meet your expectations, please email us and return the print(s) within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund.
Postage and packing cannot be refunded, unless the item was delivered damaged.

What happens if my item arrived damaged or was incorrect?
If we have shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us your order number, a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to: info@heritage-prints.com
We will provide you with a new item or issue a refund of the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
